Our constitution and beliefs

Please note that, while the Party maintains these beliefs, values and convictions and will not alter existing principles (in meaning, exact wording may be updated to clarify a position or grant equity where wording could allow for misinterpretation), additional principles and values will be added as the Party gains more understanding of what it's members and the public at large require.

With this in mind, the consitution, like all aspects of the Party, is designed to be equitable and fair, if the national majority agree on a value, it may be included or altered. The former only applies to the standing Party as it exists at the date of the 21st of the 10th 2024. The Party is designed to be of the people and for the people, and as such, the people can make final amendments in majority votes or at congressional hearings.

Change log:

Amended: part II section 2,  National Council, to remove final authority being left solely to the National Council and updated to require majority vote of all members (members who do not participate in a vote are by proxy agreeing to the final outcome of said vote). The constitution remains equally the property and responsibility of all members of the Party. This was in direct contrast to the Parties formation.
